"Stalking" is not generally considered a crime of "moral turpitude" in your state, but that doesn't mean that might not be: "moral turpitude" refers to the intent behind the crime--basically a crime particularly heinous and against community norms or values--and therefore, the circumstances or intent behind stalking could potentially make it a crime of moral turpitude, such as if it is linked to domestic abuse or is of former domestic partner, or was of a minor, or had a sexual element to it, since sexual assault, domestic violence, and many crimes against children are generally recognized as crimes of moral turpitude.
