His new marriage does not affect your marital status at all: in U.S. law, once someone is married, they remain married until the marriage is legally dissolved by a divorce or annulment. A second "marriage" which occurs while someone is still married to another spouse in U.S. law doesn't exist--it is void. In the U.S., you are his wife, with all the rights, etc. of being one; his new "wife," in U.S. law, is just an adulterous girlfriend.

As to what to do next: speak with a family law attorney about whether it makes sense to initiate a divorce so as to get assets and support from him, or whether in your situation, it is better to just remain legally married regardless of what is going on in Egypt.
