Is my husband legally bound to a “contract” I signed?
I was forced to resign from my job in Yuma, AZ. I had a “contract” stating that I would not discuss the agency or say anything to anybody about what happened. Is my husband also legally bound to this contract or can he let the truth be known to the public? His name is never mentioned in the contract.

Sometimes these contracts do bind family members as well. You need to carefully read the contract. Better yet, have an attorney look over the contract for you. Do this before allowing your husband to disclose anything to the public. You don't want you and/or your husband violating the terms of the contract and possibly being subject to legal action by your former employer.
