Is my employer required to make me full-time if I consistently work 30 hours/week?
Right now I am designated as a PRN employee but always work 35+ hours/week.

You will need to review your state statutes and see if you qualify to become a full time desginated employee. Otherwise, you may not qualify because in many states unless you work 40 hours or 37.5, you may still be considered part time. If the state's department of labor can offer you insight into whether you would qualify,you might be able to arm yourself with the information you need to convince your employers to offer you the full time status along with the associated benefits.
