Is my blog violating copyright laws?

I am making a travel blog, where apart from my photos and travel journeys, I have
included a list of the adresses and telephones of the restaurants I visited, info
links to the museums I visited and links to the bus schedule for the tourists. I
don’t gain any money though from it and I don’t want to. Is this considered a
non-commercial blog? I am asking you, because in case I use an external photo and
my blog is commercial, I can be sued. Thank you for your help

Copyright does not protect information or prohibit links; it protects original textual and graphic expressions (i.e. what other people have written or their pictures). So you can include addresses, restuarant names, and telephone addresses--that's just information. You can provide links to museum, restaurant, mass transit, etc. websites. You can use photographs you yourself take. What you can't do is to pick up photos or text or graphics from other websites or materials and include them in your own blog--that would be using their copyrighted materially illegally.
