Probably not.  For criminal charges to be pressed a prosecutor would need to have more than just a "he said, she said" situation.  Assuming that there is no other evidence I doubt the authorities would take any action.  However, without any details its hard to say for sure.  Note: This doesn't mean that the allegation couldn't be investigated; if other facts come to light as a result that could well warrant charges being pressed.
