In CO, the court can modify spousal maintenance (i.e. alimony) if there is a substantial change in circumstances. The most common change warranting modification is either an increase in the supported spouse's income or a decrease in the supported spouse’s needs.
At this point, you can petiton the court yourself for a change or directly consult with a local divorce attorney.
