Is it legal to pay a manager half of what the previous manager made??
I took a warehouse mangers job and found out Im making half of what the previous manager made. We are both men. Is this legal? What can I do?

Mostly, you can look for another job that pays more. You were offered a job at a certain pay rate, and you accepted it. One of the reasons that job was there for you to take, might well have been the fact that the last manager was making as much money as he was, and refused to take a pay cut.
Other than government and union jobs, most employers are free to pay most workers whatever they want, as long as it's at least minimum wage. Workers are free to look for a certain amount of money before agreeing to take a job. It's the free market at work, and it's not against the law.
