I worked for about 5 months and I never lied
about my background and my manager told me
no worries im fine but then 5 months later i was
told do to my backgrkund I can no longer work
there

If you do not have a written employment contract guarantying your employment or protecting you from being fired for this reason, you are an "employee at will" and may be terminated at any time, for any reason whatsoever--including being terminated due to a criminal background. Unfortunately, without a contract, this is legal.
