These items belong to the charity.  Taking the items would be theft and more specifically larceny.  Larceny is the trespassory taking and carrying away of the personal property of another with the intent to permanently deprive.  The items belonging to the charity, are being taken and carried away with the intent to permanently deprive the charity of them which constitutes larceny.
