No, the company is not liable, since they have no control over what the customers do or where they go, and did not presumably cause them to trespass or vandalize. Not causing them to trespass or vandalize, the company is not at fault not having any control, they also are not at fault, because they had no ability to prevent the trespass or vandalism. Not being at fault, they are not liable.
