For most states, this is a new area of law, most commonly referred to as "sexting"', the process of transmitting sexual graphic materials via the Internet or social media. This can become criminal if the photos involve underage persons, or if it is posted with an intent to harass, intimidate, or threaten the other person. So regardless if the person consented to the taking of the nude photo, the criminal issue will be your intent at the time you posted the photos online.
