Can a driver’s license be suspended due to an uninsured auto accident?

Can the license be suspended prejudgment/post judgment? And what is need to do so? Also, can an installment agreement and proof of insurance help to reinstate driving privileges? If not, how long will the suspension be?

In NY, your license will be revokeded for at least a year if you are caught driving without a license. Additionally, you can be fined $750.

For more information, you should contact the DMV. In the meantime, here is a site that you may find to be of help: dmv.ny.gov/brochure/c-12.pdf
