Is there a way I can legally end my lease early without having all these extra fee’s because I do not feel safe in my rental anymore?

In the last 2 months I have had my motorcycle stolen out of my carport and had my car broken into; I have police reports for both.

This is not sufficient to break your lease if your landlord has secured your dwelling and the thefts have not occurred to others. A carport is not going to be a secure location like a closed garage so you do run the risk of this theft when you lease a location with a carport. If this is an ongoing issue that the landlord could fix (ongoing meaning others have been victims, as well), then perhaps you need to speak with the landlord about security but it won't be sufficient to break your lease early and not be penalized with being responsible for the rent until the lease ends.
