In Texas, in order to get a no-fault divorce can you live under the same roof? Can you still date your significant other? There is no children.

There is no children involved nor is there property involved. Both parties live under the same roof and still want to be friends after the divorce.

No-Fault Divorce Grounds: (1) the marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities that has destroyed the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation; or (2) living separate and apart without cohabitation for 3 years. [Texas Codes Annotated; Family Code, Chapters 6.001 and 6.006].

Are you sure that you really want to get divorced, you seem to get along better than most married couples that I know.
