You have a couple of different options.
Many jurisdictions have options listed online where you can actually enter your plea and set up a payment plan online. Not all jurisdictions offer this---but more and more do... so check out the website... see what options are available without having to talk to court clerks who have forgotten that they are still public servants at the end of the day.
Second option is to reach out to a ticket attorney. A few attorneys function exclusively in the ticket industry. This means they charge extremely low rates to resolve ticket issues. Consider at least hiring one of these types of attorneys. Because this is all they do, they tend to be able to get tickets resolved more cheaply and quicker than handling it yourself.
If you simply cannot afford an attorney, ask the court to consider letting you sit out the fine over a couple of weekends. This way... you can maintain your employment, but resolve your tickets.
