What will happen if I’m on diversion probation but have a technical violation for missing an appointment with probation officer?

She said that if I violate she’s recommending 9 months in jail. It’s my 3rd technical. I’ve already finished 6 months of my term and my review is in a month. What will they do, reinstate me or will I have to do 9 months? Can I offer less time and do jail time?

A tecnical violation is still a violation and the probation officer can file a violatoin of probation  You, o course, may contest and seek a hearing on the issue and, even if a violation exists, your counsel can argue for a different result from what is recommended.  Retain experienced counsel.
