If one of your children is not his, but there are others that are, he still has a legal obligation to support the children to which he is the biological father. Additionally, if he has acted as a father to the non-biological child, it is possible that he could be required to support that child also (especially if no-one else is). The military is very strict about it's policies regarding child support, and you may want to contact his commanding officer if he is not sending you any support at all (especially considering he gets an increase in pay by virtue of being married, and should be helping to support you with that as well).
