I am so sorry for the situation.  If you fear for your safety then I would speak with some one about filing for a restraining order or an order of protection against your son.  This would allow you to have him removed from your home sooner.  Your time for eviction should continue to run while you are protected but speak with your attorney on the eviction.  Good luck.
