What is the penalty for hiring undocumented workers?

I am US resident. I run a hotel and have a 32 person of staff. I would like to know what kind of penalty will I be facing if I hire 3-5 illegal Russian girls as cleaners?

I would not suggest that you hire anyone illegal.  You need to be able to verify your worker's documents prior to hiring.  Hiring illegal aliens is a violation of Federal Immigration Laws and because it is so rampant many states have enacted very harsh penalties for businesses that do so.  The charge would most likely be harboring and concealing illegal aliens and it carries with it jail time and stiff monetary penalties.  The guilty party can also be ordered to pay restitution to the other employees of the business.  Business wise, too, isn't it better to hire a company that will be able to be reported as an expense on your taxes?  You are taking a huge risk here by intending to hire the people to clean.  Rethink things.  Good luck.
