If your name is spelled wrong on a ticket, can it be thrown out?

All 4 tickets that I received have my name spelled wrong. The cop wrote Davind instead of David.

Your tickets will not be dismissed due to such a clerical error, which frankly happen all of the time. What will happen is that the court can amend the tickets with the correct spelling of your name.
