If you owe on a personal loan and cannot pay it, can they get a judgement to garnish your wages?
Take your car if its paid in full? If so do they need to stop charging you the ridiculously high interest rate (33.58%)? The interest is so high that I have paid a couple thousand and the loan hasnt even came down much. Also can they tack on more fees if they get a judgement?
