Yes, you can be arrested in this case. If the police or sheriff's officers in a city or county were you have a warrant out for you see or locate you in their jurisdiction, they can arrest you for that warrant even if you are there for a court appearance; appearing in court for one matter does not give you any immunity to being arrested on a second matter.

Yes, you can be arrested in this case.
