There have been repeated request for her to come get them.

Leaving her belonging could be considered a "bailment" under the law - belongings left in your care - and doing anything that would jepoardize them or her ownership of them could be considered a legal issue for you. It could be considered theft or "conversion." You may want to consider legally evicting her so that the sheriff can come and remove them. Good luck.
