This is really not a simple question to ask here.  Why?  Because a Power of Attorney can be for a specific purpose or one for for all purposes.  So could some one have a POA to transfer property while another has a POA for banking?  Yes.  Can two people be on a POA?  Yes.  Can the first one be revoked and there be a new one issued?  Yes.  Is the person for whom the Power of Attorney is enacted mentally competent?  hat is the real question here and how you answer should determine the course of action you take.  If they are not of sound mind then you may need to do something more than a POA at this point  - guardian or conservator - and you may need to act quickly.  Get help.  Good luck.
