I am assuming that when you say you worked things out you mean that you are back together. Congratulations on that. But the court still has to be advised as to what is going on with you and the matter. So cases that have been on the court's "docket" - their official list of cases - are reviewed every so often for recent activity. Because your case has been inactive for so long the court needs to officially dismiss them. So the court puts them on a special docket to find out what is going on. Once you appear and tell the corut the status of the case - or rather the marriage - he will dismiss the matter off the court calendar. Good luck.
