If my name is on a Will and I able to see it?

Even if the family member won’t agree to show it?

I am so sorry for your loss.  What do you mean "won't agree to show it"????  If you are named in a Will then the executor has a LEGAL OBLIGATION to send it to you unless you signed something that waived seeing it - which would not be proper.  If it is already filed you can view it at the courthouse in the Probate File.  Please ask a lawyer to write a stringly worded letter on your behalf for a flat fee. That will have it in the mail asap.  Good luck.
