The fact is that you marry a person and not a name. Consequently, if somone marries you under a false name, your marriage is valid unless the use of the alias concealed facts that if known would have otherwise rendered the marriage invalid (e.g. fraud was involved). At this point, if you can have your marriage certificate corrected to show your husband's correct name. Someone in your county records department can tell you how to do this since every state has provisions to amend incorrect or incomplete information on the certificate.
