If my husband moves his girlfriend in before we are divorced, can I kick her out?
My husband moved his girlfriend and her brother into my house that me and my husband own together. The brother has a reputation for being a drug dealer and I don’t want that in my house. Is there anything I can do?

Unless there is some court order allowing occupation of the family home solely to your husband you can try and have his girlfriend and her brother evicted if you are on legal title to the home.
The problem that I see is that is that if your husband also owns the home that you are writing about with you and is of record, the courts will be reluctant to intervene in the domestic dispute that you are writing about.
I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney about the situation you are writing about to see what can be done about the "tenant" situation that you are writing about.
