If your husband was deported and is barred from reentry for 10 years, unless he can get a waiver of extreme hardship approved by the US COnsulate in his home country, he will not be able to return to the US until that bar period is over.  There is really no way to get around that except for getting the waiver approved.  IF your situation is such that a waiver might be possible (you have to discuss this with an immigration attorney who is familiar with the specifics of your family situation, etc), then you can try that approach to see if it works.  Otherwise, you have to wait until your husband is eligible to return to the US or you can join him in his country.
