As long as you are not listed on the judgement, you are not responsible for any liability pertaining to it. Since you do not live in a community property state, the rule is that one spouse is not legally responsible for the other spouse's debt, etc. (unless they are listed as a joint debtor). Accordingly only your husband's assets are at risk; the house, cars and your bank account(s) are not.
