If my application for EB-1 visa as an alien of extraordinary ability gets denied, can I in the future apply again for the same visa?

I am an actress and on a tourist visa in US at the moment.

Yes, there is no issue with it so long as you do not provide any fraudulent info and do not overstay by 180 days (if you are in the US now)
