Regards time sharing over custody of one child. No further agreement can be made making it a partial parenting plan.

Since it appears that you and the other person that you are writing about have an oral agreement with respect to the partial parenting plan, you are under no obligation to sign the written document at this point if you are having second thoughts about what you orally agreed to. Once the document is signed, you are then bound to its terms.

I suggest that if you are uncertain about signing any written agreement concerninbg the parenting plan, you should wait and think about it pending the upcoming mediation that will be taking place in the near future.
