If marijuana was found in my car during a pull over for a speeding ticket but I wasn’t charged for it, could it be brought up in an appeal of the speeding ticket?

It could potentially be brought up *if* relevant to the ticket--e.g. if there was some DUI-component to the ticket. However, if not relevant to the ticket, there should be no grounds to bring it up, and furthermore grounds to object to it being brought up, as prejudicial.
