The owner does not need to give you ANY time. You have no right to be there your right to be there was derived from the tenant's the renter's right to possession, as his or her guest, and if he or she moved out, losing or giving up his or her right to possession, your right to stay there ended the moment they left, because you cannot have any more right than they have. Once they have no more to be there, you have no right to be there, either.
