If I write a Will from one of the free websites, is it going to be binding?

A will from one of the free websites can be binding. It depends mostly on whether the will is correctly executed (in other words, signed) and witnessed.

The bigger question is, does a will from a free website do what you want to accomplish? If a person who is not familiar with estate planning creates a binding will, their heirs may be bound by problems that the person did not foresee.
