Probably not. First, you haven't really explained what happened. I'll assume this was a deed in lieu of foreclosure. If that's the case, you deeded your home back to the lender, so you don't have any rights left arising from your ownership of the property. Any rights you might have are determined by the documents that you signed. You should have a lawyer review them to see if you have any right to proceeds from a sale that exceeded the amount of the mortgage.
