If I remove my name from a business account at the bank, will it affect me from getting anything when settling a divorce?

Not necessarily.  If the business was formed during the marriage - and there are no agreements to the contrary - then most likely the business and all its assets (of which is the bank account) would be considered marital property for distribution in a divorce.  I would speak with an attorney in your area on strategy just to be sure.  Good luck.
