If I provide registration before my court date?

I have a court date in 3 months for a
ticket I got this morning. If I get my
registration done before my court date
am I able to go to the courts before
hand and give them my registration to
have the ticket dropped?

So is the registration expired or you were driving without a registration?  Read the ticket itself.  Generally the back has the information on it but the front could - in small print - tell you how to proceed.  You can not "drop off" the registration at court before the case is on the court calendar.  You need to go day of.  The ticket will tell you about the fines themselves.  Good luck.
