What debt? If you mean a loan or financing for the mobile home itself, then yes: if when your aunt dies the amount she owes on it is not paid, it can be repossessed or foreclosed upon. If you mean debt unrelated to the mobile home, then no, they can't simply take it, but could (if they sue her estate and win) put a lien on her value or interest in the home, so that it could not later be sold or transferred without paying them off.
