Under the laws of all states in this country, if you purchase insurance for yourself as part of a group insurance policy and pay all of your premiums, you are covered under this insurance policy presumably for your health care even if you close and shut down your business. You would be covered for the period of the policy assuming you make all payments for your health insurance coverage.
