If I have a battery domestic violence case against me, how do I get it off my record?
I’m being charged for hitting my 13-year-old sister and I’m 19. But I haven’t been to court yet. They have a recording of the whole thing from the 911 call. Also, how do I get a recording of it so I can hear from their point of view? I’m on bail right now. Why was my bail at $3115?

Because you have yet to be convicted of domestic violence, you do not have this on your record as of yet. You can get a copy of the 911 recording by having your attorney or the court subpoena this information to make it available to you as evidence in your case.
