If I had my fiancee arrested for DV but he tells the judge that I slapped him first, will this affect me or the case?

How? I did tell the police I had slapped him before they arrested him the next day. He told me too so I did. One quik slap across the face then he attacked me and scared me enough to have him arrested. It has never been brought up since. He was issued a no-contact order but we have talked. I won’t lie about it. He didn’t even remember that I slapped him until we talked about the incident. If he brings it up, will this affect anything?

Based upon what you have written, the slap by you could have provoked your fiance' where under the law the domestic violence charge against him could be in jeopardy. Given the situation that you have written about, I suggest that you both get some couseling and he a criminal defense attorney.
