If you have been arrested and/or charged with the misdemeanor charges that you have written about but never convicted, you can state the truth that you have not been convicted of the misdemeanor charges on a job application.

The dismissal of the criminal matter you have written about where the charges were dropped does not under the law of all states in this country result in a criminal conviction.
