If I gave birth in the US on a tourist visa and was able to exit without any problems, how about entering again?

My visa is will expire in 2020. Will  still be able to enter US again with my child even before he reaches 21? If yes, will immigration question me in the port of entry why I give birth in the US on a tourist visa?

As long as you were not in violation of your status or unlawfully present in the US at the time you departed the US with your US born child, you should be eligible to use your valid tourist visa for reentry to the US provided your reasons for reentering comply with the requirements for the tourist visa.
