Simply feeling threatened by your renters does not in and of itself constitute grounds for you to terminate their lease for your rental unless they are on a month-to-month lease.

However, if the renters are doing drugs in your unit and you can establish this fact then under the presumed written lease you have with them there may be grounds for you to terminate the agreement. Read the lease and then consult with a landlord tenant attormey as to what your legal recourse is in getting rid of the renters you no longer desire.
