I am the only child from my parents, they have not been there for me since I was 3 months old, I feel I am intitled for something

In your state, if there is no will and if you were not adopted by someone else, you will inherit something when either of your parents pass away--how much depends on whether there is a surviving spouse at the time or other children of the one who passed (including children he/she had with other people).
If there is a will, the assets go to whomever the will directs; a child can be disinherited and receive nothing if there is a will.
If you were adopted by another person or couple, the adoption legally cuts off the parent-child relationship with your birth parents and you will not inherit.
