Am I legally obligated to give the co-signer’s of our lease my keys if I move out?

I am on a lease with my current roommate’s parents. Due to irreconcilable differences, I have chosen to move but continue to pay rent until the lease terminates. Her parent are demanding that I give them the key to the house as soon as I move. I don’t feel comfortable not having the key to a house I’m still paying rent on. I also don’t trust that they would tell me if someone else moved in.

Your roommates' parents are only guarantors regarding the monetary part. They have no right to be in the actual apartment and therefore unfortunately have to make sure that you keep those keys if they find a roommate they are legally obligated to surrender your lease so that you're no longer liable.
