If an employer provides bunk houses for employees, do they have to provide for male and female employees?

Our company offers bunk houses to employees, the majority of which are male. Are we required to also open a bunkhouse for females if they wish to be employed with us?

Yes, you'd have to provide housing for them (it doesn't have to be a "bunkhouse" per se, but needs to be housing of relatively similar quality): the law makes it illegal to treat male and female employees differently, or to give men some benefit (housing) not provided to women.
