If a person was hold by immigration will he be deported even though he has a working permit that is not expired?

His working permit is still valid it was issued but we don’t know if that is legal enough for hm to be release. He was found NOT GUILTY of the charges he was accused of.

If he has a valid work permit then unless he actually commits a crime or is some other way violates a term of the permit, he should be allowed to stay in this country.  Not guilty means not guilty.  There is no punishment for being innocent.
